Cezar Ionescu

Cezar is an experienced specialist in developing and planning on the Romanian and European real estate markets. His work portfolio includes the development, planning and negotiation of a public-private partnership (PPP) with the Romanian Ministry of National Defense, over 500,000 square meters of offices in Brussels, including the Berlymont building, Eurocontrol headquarters as well as the European Parliament headquarters. He also developed a number of projects for Interparking, totaling over 6,500 off-street parking spaces nationwide. His European market experience comes from period with Robelco. He joined CERTION in 2017.
